To make it easier for you to obtain Border Fine Arts, McKellars Ltd offer 'easy payment' terms on all purchases over £100.00.

It's easy.........,

1. Select the product for easy payment terms.
2. We open your own McKellars account and email you the details of the agreement between us including your unique transaction ID.
3. You agree to the payment terms under each product (4 payments divided equally over 4 months)
4. Upon completion of the transaction, and all monies have cleared into our account, we will deliver your purchase via your chosen method of delivery.

Terms and Conditions

• The verbal consent between the buyer and McKellars Ltd must be consolidated by means of email at the time of opening your account. All communication will be via email (unless agreed otherwise) and you must have a valid and working email address.
• We will not send out any items until full payment has cleared into our account.
• We will not start the process of 'handmade to order' items until full payment has cleared into our account, so the delivery time stated will not commence until full payment has cleared into our account.
• By agreeing to use McKellars Ltd 'easy payment' scheme you agree to have read the terms and conditions and agree to abide by its content.
• By offering to buy goods using these 'easy payment' terms, you are entering into a legally binding contract.
• You may at any time cancel your wish to continue paying, but any monies already paid will not be refundable.
• McKellars Ltd will hold in safe keeping your chosen item and it will remain the property of McKellars Ltd until full and final settlement has been completed, but will not offer said item for sale during this 'holding' period.
• The account must be paid in full within 4 months, failure to do so will result in the loss of all monies paid and the purchase order.
• McKellars Ltd will keep a proper 'proof of payment' schedule, and this will be available for the buyer to view at any time.
